Helpful Information

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee.

FIRST APPOINTMENT:

Welcome to Health & Harmony Massage Therapy! Please take a moment before your appointment and fill out our online Health Information form. This helps me to provide you with the safest and most effective treatment possible. If you have any questions about the form, I can address these in your assessment. Should these forms not be completed prior to your appointment, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete them at the clinic.

FACILITIES:

I am located on the lower level. You access it through the door in the back of the building, off the parking lot. There is free parking in the rear of the building, as well as street parking.
